I ordered my usual size, like I always do, and somehow it was way too small. sizing with stuff like this is basically never reliable anymore. Super annoying and definitely not worth the hassle.

I really wanted these shoes to work, but they felt stiff right out of the box and were weirdly narrow even after I sized up. I could barely wear them for more than an hour before my feet started hurting. What made it more annoying was getting the usual policy excuse when I tried to deal with it, instead of any real help. Overall, not a good fit and a frustrating experience.

I really liked how it looked online, and the style is still nice in person, but the quality just didn’t match the price for me. The material felt a little cheaper than I expected, the stitching was uneven in a few spots, and one area started looking worn after only a few uses. Come on now, for what I paid, I was hoping it would hold up better. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, the shipping is taking forever—like, forever. It still hasn’t arrived yet.

I had a frustrating experience with Ciguera support. I emailed them about an issue with my order, and it took way longer than expected to hear back. When they finally replied, I wondered if they had even read my message.

I asked the same simple question twice and both times got answers that felt copied and pasted. No clear solution, no proper update, and just a lot of waiting around. It made me a bit suspicious that they were avoiding the actual problem instead of trying to fix it.
Maybe other people have had better luck, but my experience was not good. The customer service felt careless, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable using them again.
